Role Overview
We are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented
Product Designer (UX/UI) to help shape the end-to-end user experience of Winly. This role is critical in ensuring that a powerful, feature-rich platform remains intuitive, elegant, and easy to use.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design user-centered experiences that drive engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across web and mobile interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to bring designs to life
- Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions
- Maintain and evolve Winly’s design system and UI consistency
- Contribute to product strategy through user insights and design thinking
- Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and interaction design
Required Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (web-based SaaS preferred)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience designing for complex systems or multi-feature platforms
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products
- Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced startup environments
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Compensation
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position in California. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work onsite in our Los Angeles office three (3) days per week.
