Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven, creative Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth for Winly. This role will own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize the full customer journey—from awareness to conversion to retention.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Winly’s growth marketing strategy across channels
  • Plan and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (e.g., search, social, display)
  • Drive organic growth through SEO, content, and conversion optimization
  • Develop and manage email and lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Analyze funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates (CRO)
  • Partner with Product to improve onboarding, activation, and user engagement
  • Collaborate with Sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals
  • Track, report, and forecast key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, email marketing, and marketing automation
  • Experience managing marketing funnels and optimizing conversion rates
  • Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing multi-feature or all-in-one SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation tools
  • Understanding of attribution models and performance marketing metrics
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 annually

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position in California. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work onsite in our Los Angeles office three (3) days per week.
