Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while helping businesses understand how Winly can transform their operations.

You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a high-impact sales experience and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market segments
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation strategies
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term retention
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide reliable sales forecasts
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive positioning

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing a full-cycle sales process
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical products to diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling CRM, project management, or business software solutions
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Strong consultative selling approach

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position in California. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work onsite in our Los Angeles office three (3) days per week.
